Angela van Keulen

My name is Angela, and from the sunny island of Curaçao, I'm a valuable addition to our team of trainers because I can teach courses on all Caribbean islands within the Kingdom of the Netherlands. I teach my courses in Dutch, English, or Papiamentu.

I'm originally a teacher and taught for about 15 years in vocational and higher professional education. I always advised my students to turn their hobby into their career. In 2019, I decided to follow that advice myself, and thus AStar Brows & Lashes was born. A hobby that escalated and quickly developed into a very successful salon and training center. I love sharing my knowledge so that as many salons as possible, both large and small, can work with good course materials and high-quality products.

Of course, I still enjoy giving treatments to my clients myself so I can continue to challenge and improve myself in practice. My goal is to make someone feel better both inside and out with every treatment or course I give. It's an investment in yourself, both in terms of knowledge and/or appearance. With my professionalism, personal attention, and humor, I create a relaxed and safe atmosphere where you'll want to lie down all day.

At InLei Nederland, we regularly receive further training and are kept informed of all the latest developments so that we, as trainers, can best prepare our students for a successful career in the beauty industry!
